National Geographic Channel asked me to work as the technical adviser on a program entitled the Science of Interrogation. After about 16 months work and more than 40 hours of taping the program has been completed and ready to air.

The one hour program will cover applying technology to spotting deception, false confessions and more. I'll also be analyzing the interrogation and confession of Gary Ridgeway "The Green River Killer" a child abduction case I worked on in Kentucky, a professor from Kansas State who murdered his ex-wife and a women who murdered her boyfriend's baby and more.

I spent three days with the film crew as they taped one of my classes. We also did some interview & interrogation exercises. In addition we went to the Hall County Jail in Grand Island, NE and taped some inmate interviews with several students from the class.

It should be a information packed program. The producer Stuart Tanner of ITN Factual in England was very pleased with the results. I've also been asked by Nat Geo to be the "spokesperson" for the show and I expect I'll be doing a few radio and television interviews over the next few days.
